Pentrich Retreat is a 3 bedroom family home on the slopes of St James, Cape Town. You can feel the authentic heritage of the area in this home, while soaking in the stunning views of the Indian Ocean.

Up the winding wooden staircase is the Master Bedroom. This bedroom is very large and boasts a window seat that is ideal for reading while enjoying the views. The bedroom also has a dressing table, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a double bed. A sliding door opens up onto a large wooden deck, with outdoor furniture, allowing you to sit and soak up the beauty of the natural surroundings, mountain and sea views, whilst eating or simply relaxing.

There are two bedrooms downstairs. The first has a single bed, with a pull out bed underneath it and built in cupboards, and the second has bunk beds. This room also has a work area, built in cupboards and beautiful views. The two downstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom which has a shower over the bath. Enjoy stunning views while brushing your teeth!

There is a large living room with a dining area, seating area and wood burning fireplace. Next to the living area is a TV room with a selection of DSTV and an extensive library of books. The kitchen has all the facilities you need for a comfortable holiday, including a dishwasher and a large pantry for your groceries. The laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer and is situated under the house.

This family home is geared for kids, with a trampoline in the garden and being in walking distance to the beach. There is WiFi throughout. Please note, a cat lives here.
