Rosmead Apartment
Rosmead Apartment is a light, open and airy self-catering apartment that was renovated in a unique style merging an old historic building and modern fresh design. It used to be a part of the old Dutch reformed Church that has been converted into Kalk Bay Theatre, Artvark Gallery, Courtyard Cafe and now 2 apartments. The apartment is located right off the main road, next to the Lever Street Park and Dalebrook Tidal Pool, and close to various cafes and restaurants.
Rosmead Apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 guests and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, 2 lounging areas, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as an outside terrace. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds or a king-size bed. There is a queen-size bed in one of the lounging areas, that can accommodate an additional single guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, a stove and oven, and a dishwasher. The dining area contains a 5-seater dining table and chairs. The downstairs lounge features a fireplace. Outside, there is a private courtyard area with weber braai facilities. The upstairs terrace features outdoor furniture, so you can relax and enjoy the view.
Parking is on the street and the apartment has an alarm with security company on call and burglar bars.
